If you ever feel all bruised and beaten down by your self-limiting patterns. And the momentum of addiction has reached a fever pitch, and it feels like you are for sure going to wake up tomorrow in the same rut you are in today. And if you’ve had ENOUGH of rolling down a steep hill, getting cut up by the branches and rocks and other people’s discarded bones. And transcending this seems like an insurmountable task.
Start incredibly small. It is especially rare and seemingly by luck that a total and instant turnaround occurs, at least in my experience. When you want to walk 100 miles, you don’t get there in a single leap. You get there by taking one step, followed by another, and another, until you’re 100 miles away from where you started.
So, start small. One step. Ask yourself, “How can I show myself love in this moment?” Listen for the answer.
I just asked myself. The answer was, “Take a hot bath in Epsom salts.”
Aye aye, Captain.
Just one step forward. Then in the next moment, “How can I show myself love in this moment?” Listen for the answer. Proceed, until the momentum of love has reached a fever pitch.
You, reader, are triumphantly awesome.
And I want to share my life work with you.
"What's your life work?" I'll pretend you asked.
Well, my life's work is to add value to your life and to promote the evolution of all life in the cosmos.
If you sign up for my mailing list, I'll have a tiny window into your life. I'll throw empowering free goodies through that window and into your inbox, starting with a free digital copy of my first book, The Art of Being Human: What It Means to Be.
Let's get to know one another. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to connecting with you.
