We put ourselves at the world’s mercy every time we speak our truth.
“Will the world listen to me? Will it laugh at me? Will anyone take my ideas seriously? Will anyone care?”

Because the alternative is a life of depression via prolonged suppression.
A life of purgatory, stuck in the space between what we know is right and what we force ourselves to settle for.
“But Andrew, sometimes the best thing you can do is know when to shut the fuck up.”
