Today is day five of my banana feast, and I’m one happy camper.
But it’s not all sunshine and fluffy clouds. In the midst of all the benefits (motivation, energy, mental clarity, most prominently), I’ve experienced a few disorienting junk food cravings over the past two days.
In my previous post, I said that my cravings had lost their teeth. This is still true to an extent, but the cravings did up their game a notch.
